Shipping Items are posted in Australia Post parcel bag with tracking number if goods weigh less than 5kg. Goods should arrive within 3-4 days of posting to most capital cities.
Express (next day delivery) postage can be requested for an extra cost.
Goods that are oversized or weigh more than 5kg will be sent regularly and we will contact you should the postage costs exceed $16.00. If you think your order is oversized please ensure your contact phone number is included with your order details so we can contact you to discuss.
We do not ship outside of Australia.
Should your item be out of stock, we will contact you by e-mail to discuss whether you wish to back order items or to choose an alternative item.
You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error or a defective item.
Once we receive the returned goods we will advise you of our decision regarding your claim. Refunds will be processed within 10 working days of Print35 receiving the parcel.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.

Online invitations/benching books
Review of Order and Proofs is Your Responsibility. We are unable to accept returns on any personalised product if the issue is a result of information the customer or their agent or representative has provided to us. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure all artwork, including copy, design and Hebrew text is correct before signing the authorisation.
We provide an online proof for approval prior to printing. We ask that you carefully review your proof, as additional proofs and design work will incur a fee.
Once the proof has been accepted and signed by the client, Print35 does not accept responsibility for any errors or omissions in relation to the proof, nor shall Print35 be liable for any damages or loss as a result of those errors or omissions after the original proof has been approved by the client.
All designs and artwork created by Print35 remain the property of Print35.
