Print35 supported employment offers an inclusive space to build skills and do meaningful work
We support people with disability to engage in meaningful work and training opportunities at our workshop based in Woollahra, Sydney.
Every person employed at Print35 is encouraged to pursue their individual work goals and develop new skills, with the support of our friendly and caring staff. Together, our team prints and packs a range of different products and gifts, delivering fantastic results for clients that everyone can be proud of.
From the day someone walks through our doors and begins their journey with us, we see their confidence increase, their self-esteem grow, and their sense of independence blossom. At print35, it's all about empowering our staff to reach their full potential.
To work at Print35, you must meet the following criteria.
NDIS & disability eligibility
To join Print35, you’ll need to have an approved NDIS plan that includes Supported Employment under funding of Core Supports and an approved Disability Support Pension (DSP), or hold a valid assessment confirming disability status.
Training and assessments
You must require ongoing support to maintain employment, and agree to participate in an Individual Employment Plan and wage assessments.
Standards and practice
All employees must agree to follow the National Disability Standards, complete and sign a JewishCare / Print35 Service Agreement, and uphold the JewishCare / Print35 Code of Conduct.
What to expect working at Print35
When can you come to Print35?
To work at Print35, you must meet the eligibility criteria and then partake in a 6-month probationary period. Following the successful completion of this probation period, employment will continue.
No person is excluded from working at Print35 on the basis of age, gender, language, disability, sexual orientation or religion.
Trial Period
We encourage any person interested in joining our team to come along for a trial. This way, we can make sure Print35 is the best fit for you.

The Print35 workshop is clean with plenty of natural light to ensure everyone feels relaxed. It has excellent facilities, including a lunch room and toilets.
Meet Nicole - workshop assistant
Nicole has been working at Print35 since 2010. She began as a workshop employee and says it felt “nice” to come to work each day, knowing she was part of a caring and welcoming team.
Over the years, Nicole has taken on more responsibility and is now a workshop assistant. With this career progression, comes a strong sense of pride. Nicole feels good knowing she can help guide the team and keep everyone on track to complete their jobs.
What’s Nicole’s advice for people thinking about joining the Print35 team? Give it a go. It’s truly a lovely place to work; everyone is friendly, supportive and kind, and you always feel like you belong.

Where is the workshop located?
Our workshop is located in Woollahra, within walking distance of Bondi Junction train station.
What days and hours can I work?
Print35 operates from 9 am to 3 pm, Monday to Friday. We would like people to work a minimum of 2 full days if they are able to. If you attend other programs during the week, we can be flexible with the days that you work.
How will I get to and from work?
If you are able to get public transport, staff can assist you in identifying the best transport routes from your home to the Print35 workshop. Our workshop is within walking distance of Bondi Junction train station.
If you need assistance with transport, you will need to discuss options with your support person or family to make these arrangements.
How much will I be paid?
When you come for a site visit at the workshop, one of our staff members will speak with you about the terms and conditions of your employment, including your rate of pay. The amount you will be paid depends on your work skills and previous employment experience. We pay under the Supported Employment Service Award 2020 and the National Employment Standards (NES).
What do I need to provide when I apply for a job and come for an interview?
NDIS Plan
It is not mandatory to bring your NDIS plan, but it will help us identify your available Core Supports funding for supported employment and provide us with the opportunity to review your NDIS goals. This will help us ensure the role is right for you based on your needs and abilities.
Disability Support Pension (DSP)
Please bring your Disability Support Pension (DSP) or show a valid assessment confirming disability status.
Personal Identification
Please bring Medicare cards, your Tax File Number and your Superannuation details (if you have this set up)
Training Documents
Please bring anytraining certificates and employment references
Will I be safe in the workplace environment?
Print35 is committed to the safety and well-being of our valued clients and staff. Our teams are trained in Work Health and Safety (WHS), the workshop is audited regularly for WHS, and if first aid is ever required, a First Aid Officer is always available to assist on-site.
