Refund policy

Returns and refunds are accepted in accordance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Change-of-mind returns or refunds are accepted at our discretion.  

Items submitted for return or refund must be unused and in original condition and must be submitted within 21 days of purchase. 

Proof of purchase is required before a refund or return can proceed.

Refunds will be processed within 10 working days of Print35 receiving the item(s). 

When any personalised products are ordered e.g. benching books, stickers, invitations etc, a proof will be sent by Print35. It is the buyer’s responsibility to check this carefully. Approval of this proof must be received before production will commence. After such approval, any subsequent changes to wording, layout or design will incur an extra fee and no refund or return will be possible.
